Poisons
- Soybean oil
- Canola oil

Butter
- Mostly saturated fat (small amount of natural trans fat is okay)
- Better than margarine and alternatives
- Make sure it does not contain hydrogenated oils
Spinach
- One of highest oxalate foods - leads to kidney stones
- Cooking may remove oxalates?
Salmon
If not wild caught, it is likely GMO
